Important Reminder – Pickleball Court Vandalism and Private Use
We want to make you aware that the pickleball court has recently experienced vandalism, including damage to the court lock.
Dear Members,
We want to make you aware that the pickleball court has recently experienced vandalism, including damage to the court lock. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, and repairs have been required multiple times.
As a reminder, the pickleball court is private property and is maintained by the HOA using community funds. This means all repairs, maintenance, and replacements are paid for by homeowners through assessments. Damage to this amenity directly impacts the community and diverts funds from other important projects.
The pickleball court is intended for use by homeowners and residents only and is not open to the general public. We ask all residents to help protect this shared amenity by:
- Ensuring the court is properly secured after use - Not allowing non-residents to access the facility - Reporting suspicious activity or vandalism if observed The HOA is actively exploring additional measures to help prevent further incidents and protect the court for everyone’s enjoyment.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping take care of our community amenities.
